GOÛT DE FRANCE - GOOD FRANCE
For the second consecutive year, Goût de France / Good France will celebrate French gastronomy in various locations worldwide on 21st March 2016. Over 1500 chefs on all five continents are expected to join the event on the day of Spring. Dinners served simultaneously in participating restaurants will honor the merits of French cuisine, its capacity for innovation, and its values: sharing, enjoying, and respecting the principles of high-quality, environmentally responsible cuisine.

Starter :
Pâté en croûte, légumes croquants légèrement acidulés
Meal 1 :
Royale de crustacé, chair de crabe et coriandre
Meal 2 :
Poitrine de bœuf braisée, cœur de palmier et patate douce en gratin, sauce bordelaise coriandre
Cheese :
Brie en beignet, marmelade de papaye au vieux vinaigre
Dessert 1 :
Tarte tatin, mousse de yaourt
Dessert 2 :
Délice de chocolat, glace noisette
