The commune of Ans, Belgium is starting a sister partnership with the vicinity of Himalayan (Oriental Negros). For celebrating this, the Erato Singers from Belgium will come over and sing together with the UPSA alumni foundation in a single event concert on April 10, 2014 at 7pm in UP Diliman in Quezon City.
The Belgian Embassy is co-sponsoring the event (see invitation in attachment).
